Shipping for the 48 Contiguous United States (Retail Orders Only)
We only ship to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Due to import/export regulations and the perishable nature of our products, no international orders may be accepted.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via UPS. Additionally, we do offer food-safe ice packs at an additional cost if you feel they are needed. Some products are temperature dependent.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped within 4 business days of receipt of your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Orders are not shipped on the weekends.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to shipping destinations in Indiana.
Returning Merchandise
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. ALL sales are final.
Damages and Missing Merchandise
You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery in order to receive a replacement or a credit on damaged or missing merchandise.
Refunds and Credits
Refunds and store credits will be issued within 5 business days of notification of damaged goods or missing merchandise.
Cancellations
